Real Estate Sales
| Business Activities | We handle real estate sales, rentals, investment property proposals, and more—providing services tailored to your lifestyle and asset-building goals. Our work primarily involves responding to inquiries; there are no cold calls or aggressive telemarketing. |
| Application Requirements | ・Real estate industry or sales experience preferred ・Preference given to those holding a Real Estate Transaction Specialist license ・Standard driver's license (automatic transmission only acceptable) |
| Work Location and Work Arrangement | ・Work Location: Minato Ward, Tokyo ・Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1-hour break) ・Employment Type: Full-time Employee (with probationary period) |
| Pay | Monthly salary: ¥350,000 and up + incentives (Paid based on performance) *Determined based on experience and skills |
| Holidays and Leave | ・Two-day weekend system (e.g., Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Sunday) ・Year-end/New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer vacation, paid leave |
Sales Support Clerk
| Business Activities | You will primarily support sales staff, handling tasks such as managing contract documents and property information, as well as data entry. This is a crucial position supporting the team, with opportunities to interact directly with customers. |
